New Stairlift Warranty
- Lifetime warranty on the motor and gearbox (Parts Only).
- Five (5) years parts and on-site labour warranty on all other components including batteries.
- Call out (travel) fee applies after 1st year. Service is provided 7 days a week including after hours.
Used Stairlift Warranty
- Five (5) years warranty on the motor and gearbox (Parts Only).
- One (1) year parts and on-site labour warranty on all other components including batteries.
Maintenance Options Available
Extended Warranty
- Inspection & Cleaning: Full inspection & cleaning of lift and rail to ensure lift is running properly and there is no foreseeable problems that could arise.
- Yearly Maintenance: Full inspection & cleaning of lift and rail to ensure lift is running properly and there is no foreseeable problems that could arise. Additional two call out to be used within 12 months of maintenance purchase for no charge.
- Multi-Year Assurance (New lifts Only, must be purchased within 1st year of ownership): Yearly maintenance for the first five years and two service call-out’s per year, for the first five years.
- Annual Extended Warranty: Includes all service call-outs, on-site labour, parts and one Annual Inspection for the One Year Term.
